This is our little branch on Sunday afternoon. Ron is blessing the Sacrament. We both have callings in this branch. Ron is Priest's Quorum Advisor to one Priest. I am Activity's chairman.

After Church we had a pot luck dinner at Amanda's house. Let me tell you about Amanda. She is from South Africa and has an orphanage here. She rents two large apartments and lives in one and has room for adoptive parents to stay. In the other apartment she has 21 babies, as you can see. Of course, now our branch wants to help her all we can. I'll tell you how you can help, if you want.

This is Amanda sitting down. When we all walked into the room, all the children ran to her. The other women in this picture are from the branch. The taller one in the front is Linda Terry. Linda and I teach together at Northwestern Polytechnical University. The other couples in our branch teach at Xi'an International University.

These two boys are in our branch. The one on the left is Mark, a BYU student, here for one semester. The other is Ron's Priest, Caleb, who was adopted by our Branch President's family.

Branch President's wife, Elise.
