I do like to see the chubby little ones. They are so friendly but leary.
Making noodles right on the street. after the street food adventure; it was time for us to head for the train station, which was about an hour away. We drove to Zhengzhou about 10:30pm and boarded the train at 12:30 am in the morning!! The ride over was in a private 4 sleeper compartment, but the ride back to Xi'an was on what they call a hard-sleeper. That means about 25 Chinese people and us! We heard snoring all night so we gave up sleeping and read! We arrived in Xi'an about 8:00 am and couldn't get a taxi, so we rode the bus to our apartment about 30 minutes away. By the time we had a shower it was 10:00am and so we went to sleep for several hours. What an adventure. We loved the experience and will treasure the memories!
